Verification of Purchased Product

All our Customers are afforded the right to verify at source or upon receipt that purchased product conforms to specified requirements. When that verification is at a subcontractors plant the Quality Manager shall be contacted and he will arrange with the supplier a suitable date.

Verification by the Customer shall not absolve the Company of its responsibility to provide acceptable product, nor shall it preclude subsequent rejection.

Product Identification and Traceability

Written procedures exist to enable the Company to quickly establish the identification of any product or material in either storage or production areas.

The Company maintains procedures for identifying products and materials from raw material, during all stages of storage and production to delivery of finished product.

Full material batch traceability is offered as a standard service. Specific Customer requests for material traceability can be catered for at the discretion of the Company Directors.

Certificates of Conformity

All products are processed in accordance with our documented system conforming to BS EN ISO9002: 1994. A Certificate of Conformity can be issued on request.
