Quality PolicyThe Quality Management system employed by the Company conforms with BS EN ISO9002: 1994. The Quality Manual and supporting Operating Procedures define in detail how each element of the system is applied. It is the policy of the Company to supply products which consistently conform to all Product Specifications and satisfy the actual needs and expectations of our Customers. The nature of the Companies activities places places particular emphasis on experience, expertise, capability, performance and quality. The Quality Manager, as the Quality Representative, is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the quality programme, the identification of quality related problems and the initiation of timely corrective actions. He has the authority and organisational freedom to resolve all such problems, but in the unlikely event of an irreconcilable difference of opinion with another department this matter is reffered to the Commercial Director. The achievement of consistent quality calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all employees in all activities associated with the Customers order and all personnel are made aware of the requirements of ISO9002 and the Company policy at induction through the training procedure and issue of a Quality Handbook.
